I have loved this eye mask! It perfectly covers my eyes all the way, especially the bottom of the eyes which used to still get exposed to air but not this one! It moistens my eyes well and I often use the massage for a little while. I recently had cataract surgery and was given a plastic shield for the night. I received this mask a week ago and was very impressed with it, the minute I opened it up. It is very good quality and I’m finding it works very well. I have used many different types of masks and so far this is the best mask I’ve ever had. It comes with a small plastic spray bottle that you spray inside the mask before starting to use it. Your eyes feel so nice and moist when you finish using the mask. I am finding that I don’t need to use as many drops during the day as I have been, of course I still will always need to use eye drops. I also like the long cord that comes with it, it makes it very comfortable when your lying down.
I loved my eyemos! I stopped using eye drops because it feels like my eyes are drying even more every time I use eye drops. I definitely advise people to try this. It really works it’s amazing.
I have Sjogrens and suffer from extreme dry eyes. I’ve had my Eyemos mask for a little over a week and it is amazing!!! I have tried and returned other masks. They were hard, heavy and much too big for my small face. The Eyemos is soft and super light weight. It has three heat settings. I use the highest, 55. The mask closes completely around my eyes and lets no light in. The heat feels amazing and the moisture it creates makes a big impact to the dry, sandy feeling I have. It heats up quickly and shuts off after 15 minutes. I just turn it back on when I want to continue. It has the ability to vibrate, but that’s not for me. But it’s possible. I went on a car trip this weekend and it works perfectly in the car. I wasn’t driving 😉. I can’t say enough about this mask. The ONLY thing to be aware of is that you need a good adapter. I use the one that came with my iPhone and there are no issues. One more thing. The mask does not touch my eye lids and I’m really grateful. This allows me to open my eyes and feel the heat more, and it doesn’t rub my eyelashes off. I find that important 💁🏻♀️
A few months after my cataract surgery i developed dry-eye. It was most uncomfortable - constant dried-out feelings and itching, burning, which had me constantly rubbing my eyes and putting drops in them - but sadly, to no avail. I went to my eye doc, and she did "laser treatments," to the tune of $2,000......which did NOTHING. Like the drops, cleaning solutions and other things she sells. So, when i saw the Eyemos advertised, i thought, okay, let me try that.....what's the worst that could happen? It won't work? If it doesn't I can return it for a refund. Well, suffice it to say, you will NOT be getting my Eyemos back - not only do my eyes not burn or itch as much as before, it feels like the problem is easing more and more as time passes. (I call it my "Eyebrator." lol) Not only is it helping, it feels wonderful. Will my eyes ever be exactly like they were before the surgery? Probably not. But they're sure a lot better than they were before Eyemos!
I have tried many different things that were supposed to help with my dry eye condition. None of them have lived up to their hype until I found this eye mask. I have a small face and this mask not only fits my small face but I believe that it would also fit a larger face. Finally some relief!

I’ve been battling dry eyes for many years. In the past few they became much worse and it was miserable having itchy, burning, weeping eyes all the time. I tried Restasis but it made it worse. So thanks to the internet I discovered that I could heat my eyelids enough to loosen the oil glands which were not putting enough onto my eyes, hence eyes drying out. This eye mask is so much better than a messy wet washcloth which cools off too fast. This one heats to a perfect temperature and eyes are so much better! I hardly even use eye drops now .. I used to have a bottle in every room. I sure wish my eye doctor had suggested this easy home care but they always seem to jump to the medication solution… Happy to have found this!
My ophthalmologist has long recommended hot compresses over my eyes for eyelid and other eye conditions. A hot water wash cloth compress only lasts a minute and I would have to sit by the sink to keep refreshing it with hot water. I then found a mask that heats in the microwave. But you have to be very careful when you heat it as one side contains a liquid with beads that heat up in a thin expandable plastic bubble and the soft cotton side goes against your eyes. But that only stays warm for about 5 minutes and also if you heat it a few seconds too long the plastic holding the liquid can spring a leak and a new one is needed. While looking for a heated product for another condition, I came across dryrelief eye mask. It is the only one like it that I have found. It is excellent.
I have been suffering from dry eyes for a period now and went to a specialist to get help. Temperature has only 35 and 45, but no 55. The higher temperature is needed to address dry eyes with the steam feature. The vibration is an irritating pulsing that is uncomfortable. I like the fit and design of the mask, but temperature is not acceptable. Can you correct this? JH

Underwhelming. Not at all wow. Doesn’t even reach the 55 degrees setting. Display and control setting is hit and miss for functioning.
I find using this as I go to bed I relze and the benefit has been great. I often fall asleep with it on.

It’s very comfortable on the heat stays warm for 10 minutes. You could add a little moisture by spraying the mask which is great I’m very pleased with it.
I am very disappointed because I cannot plug it into a regular wall outlet next to my bed. Why do you only provide a cord which requires me to plug it into my computer. Is there another cord available so I can use it plugging into a regular wall outlet?
Like that I can plug n USB to keep temp consistent. Helps immediately with dry eye for awhile. Too soon to tell if helps more than instant relief. But like it so far. I'd recommend it. Safe and easy.
I like the eye mask very much. It’s very soothing however my cord works intermittently. I need to unplug and plug it in again several times before it will turn on. Could the cord be defective? That is my only complaint. It’s annoying.
Does not heat up. Not able to choose the 55 degrees. Waste of money. Very disappointed

The heat is soothing, but eyes are quite crusty some mornings, and I still have days where they are extremely gritty and dry. I still use eyelid wipes and drops. I’m hoping they will improve soon.
Dry eyes getting better
My eyes feel very comfortable using it.
Spritz, plug, put on. So much easier than microwave the gel pack, fill the thermos with hot water, douse the clean wash cloth with hot water, wrap cloth around gel pack and then lay over eyes. (Microwave and room where I used the warm, moist compress were on two different floors.) Ease of use means I will be able to give my eyes the help they need more frequently and with much greater ease.
the eye mask fits very comfortably. I like the little water spray. I put it on a Kleenex inside mask, so it keeps mask clean and can remove it and it won't stay wet. I haven't used the vibration yet, it made nose tickle. Overall I really like it. I keep it plugged in (in my sofa) and use while drinking coffee in morning. It has become my quiet time!
I had high hopes for this mask. Unfortunately I haven't noticed any difference and I use it daily. It also pinches my nose almost to the point of not being able to breathe. Was hoping to give glowing review but I am a bit disappointed
Had a chalazion and was using warm compresses to try and remedy it, just wasn’t working because I couldn’t keep the compresses warm enough long enough to make my condition improve. I used this product and in a couple of days my condition vastly improved. Within a week I was back to normal. Great product.
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on masks and eye drops. I even had a session of IPL. Different Eye drops. I’ve tried microwaving compresses and 2 other brands of heating masks. No improvement. I just kept using eye drops. My eyes continued to feel dry, gritty and sore. So I was willing to waste another $90 to try yet another heating mask. I was skeptic that it was a scam but it arrived a week after my order. I finally found the relief I was looking for. I use it morning and night on highest heat setting but I don’t like the vibration. I use an eye wash routine in the morning after my mask. I probably use eye drops a couple of times a day. I can’t recommend this mask enough
I received my Eyemos about 2 months ago. I was pretty excited to receive it as I have battled dry eyes for years. I have to say I’m pretty disappointed with the product. The high setting has never worked and the vibration feature is very weak. I tried many times and did not seem to help. I feel it was a waste of money and time. Don’t recommend.
The mask worked great for about a month. Now it will not turn out. Something either wrong with the cord or connector. Otherwise the mask feels great!

I always use eye drops all day long to deal with the red, irritated eye. They are not cheap! I cannot believe how well this mask works. It’s so comfortable and relaxing.
