Don't usually do reviews but these wipes are the first ones that worked for my dry eyes! I've always had issues with my eyes burning all day long, which would get worse later in the day and in the morning when I get up. Went to my eye doc a few times for this and was told to scrub my eyes with baby shampoo. Was even given Restasis and some antibiotic pills to take but the pills killed my stomach. I tried to do the baby shampoo wash but it would dry out my eyes too much, and I've tried a number of the other eyelid wipes but they only helped for a very short time before my eyes started burning again. Artificial tears never worked for me. With these wipes, I just apply it in the morning and it keeps my eyes feeling good all day. Love it!

I have to use a thick Vaseline-like product (Muro 128) in my eyes every night to help combat dry eyes. When I wake up, it's still there, often blurring my vision and making the area oily. These wipes do a great job getting rid of the outside residue and clearing up my vision. I was afraid to use them at first because my eyes are really sensitive and very dry and I didn't want any more issues. But these wipes are gentle and safe. I do not get any stinging or pain when I open my eyes after using them and the light scent doesn't bother my allergies. They help my eyes to get ready for the day and get rid of oils, left over eye gel, and residual eye cream. I then wash my face and am good to go.

Power cord is terrible. I worked a couple times only when connected to laptop. Bought 25W plug as suggested and it worked a couple times with that but then once in a while I could get it going wiggling the cord but it would cut out after a few minutes. I gave up. The microwave ones are better and easier. Although neither kind helps very much, still got gunky feeling eyes.

Shipping took longer than advertised. The shipping email had a USPS tracking number, but this never existed since this company uses a different shipping carrier (GOFO). When I reached out to the company to get clarification, I was dismissed and told that the package was moving through the system. Since I didn't research the ingredients I was disappointed to find that Tea Tree Oil is included. It caused uncomfortable burning and itching as well as unsightly redness. I can't use the product at all.

They are very cooling to my tired dry eye after being in a dusty environment with fans running.
It does help the dry eye symptoms but I have a hard time with the smell while using it.
They take off mascara as well as my face wipes. I haven't noticed a difference but I'm just on week 2. We'll see after 6 wks.

I was excited to receive these because I have terrible dry eyes. It feels like I’m ripping my corneas off when I try to open them in the morning, I have chronic Blepharthritis, styes, and my meibomian glands are just not working. I followed the directions and was very gentle with it on my eye. When I woke up in the morning my eye was indeed more moist, but I could not see well out of that eye for a full 24 hours. Everything was blurry and it really scared me. I have tried warm compresses, dry eye drops, sleep, masks, fish oil everything you can imagine, but now I’m really disappointed that this didn’t help either. I hope I can return it. I only used the one patch.
